Expedition to Krevenica Cave in Tuzi, near Podgorica, marked an important milestone in cave exploration. Organized by Matija Petkovic, the mission focused on discovering and mapping new passages within the cave, contributing to the growing body of knowledge about this underground system.
Throughout the expedition, we successfully mapped over 600 meters of previously unexplored cave channels. The challenges were substantial, with some dives lasting more than 3 hours, and requiring over 120 minutes of decompression. Despite the demanding conditions, the VADA VYX rebreather performed flawlessly, proving its effectiveness in extreme cave diving environments.
This expedition not only added to our understanding of Krevenica Cave but also showcased the durability and performance of the VADA NYX in long-duration, high-risk cave diving operations.
